When we started, the website had organic traffic of around 11K visitors per month and 7K ranked keywords, with only a few in the top 10. The Google Search Console CTR was 1.6%, the average position was 32, and engagement metrics showed 28.5K users over three months, 1.75M impressions, and a bounce rate of approximately 48%.
To improve these metrics, we implemented several strategies: optimizing page speed, fixing crawl errors, and improving internal linking for better navigation; refining title tags, meta descriptions, and headers while updating content with target and long-tail keywords; creating high-quality, user-intent-driven content for informational and transactional pages; acquiring authoritative backlinks; and enhancing user experience with engaging CTAs, better content flow, and improved mobile usability. These changes collectively led to a significant boost in traffic and performance.


Conclusion
This SEO optimization project resulted in significant growth across all key metrics, including traffic, revenue, and keyword rankings. By focusing on a combination of technical fixes, on-page optimization, content improvements, and link-building, the site achieved a 33% increase in clicks and 15% increase in impressions within 6 months.
